Affiliate Disclosure & Advertising
Last updated: 21 June 2026. This disclosure is provided for transparency so you understand how SwiftScore makes money and how that does — and does not — affect what you see. Please read it in full.
1. Who runs this site
SwiftScore is operated by PatchPilot Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (trading as “SwiftScore”).
- Company number: available on request ahead of launch
- Registered office: available on request ahead of launch
- ICO data-protection registration: available on request ahead of launch
- Contact: support@patchpilot.co.uk
2. The short version
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then sign up with, or place a bet through, a betting operator, we may receive a commission or referral fee. This never costs you anything extra — you pay exactly the same as if you had gone to the operator directly. We also show third-party advertising on the free version of the site. Together, affiliate commission and advertising are how we fund free AI football predictions, statistics and content for everyone.
3. What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a tracked link to a third-party company. When you use it, that company can tell that you arrived from SwiftScore and may pay us a fee — for example when you register a new account, or as a share of the operator’s revenue. We disclose these arrangements here, and where practical we also mark affiliate and sponsored links on the page itself (for example with an “ad”, “sponsored” or “#ad” label) so you can tell them apart from ordinary content.
4. We only promote licensed operators
Where we link to betting operators, we link only to companies that hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission to offer their services to customers in Great Britain. We do not knowingly promote unlicensed, “black-market” or offshore operators. Even so, we are not responsible for the operators’ services, odds, terms, bonuses or conduct — your relationship for any bet is with that operator, not with us. Always read the operator’s own terms and conditions before you sign up or deposit, and check that any promotion still applies.
5. Affiliate commission does not influence our predictions
This is important to us, so we want to be unambiguous about it. SwiftScore predictions, statistics, ratings and analysis are generated independently by our AI model from match and team data. They are not influenced by which operators pay us a commission, by advertising relationships, or by which markets or odds an operator would prefer us to highlight. We do not change a prediction, a confidence level or a recommendation because of a commercial relationship. Affiliate and advertising arrangements only affect which links may appear alongside our content — never the content itself.
6. Advertising on the free site
The free version of SwiftScore is supported by third-party advertising, which may include networks such as Google AdSense. These advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. We do not control the specific adverts shown by third-party networks. For details of the cookies and partners involved, and how to manage your choices, see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. If you prefer an ad-free experience, our Premium subscription (£6.99/month) removes on-site advertising.
7. Predictions are not betting or financial advice
Our predictions are statistical estimates, not guarantees, and nothing on this site is betting advice, a tip you should rely on, or financial advice. The presence of an affiliate link does not mean we are recommending that you place a bet. Betting involves real risk and you can lose money. Please read our full Disclaimer before acting on anything you see here.
8. 18+ and responsible gambling
SwiftScore is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Gambling should be fun, never a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you choose to follow an affiliate link to a betting operator, please gamble responsibly, set yourself limits, and never bet more than you can afford to lose. Free, confidential help is always available — see BeGambleAware.org and our Responsible Gambling page for support and self-exclusion tools.
9. Advertising standards (CAP Code / ASA)
We aim to follow the UK Advertising Codes written by the Committees of Advertising Practice (the CAP Code) and enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), as well as the Gambling Commission’s rules on the marketing of gambling. In practice this means we:
- make clear when content is an advert, sponsored, or an affiliate link, so commercial messages are obviously identifiable;
- direct gambling-related promotion only to adults (18+) and never appeal to, or target, under-18s;
- do not suggest that betting is a solution to financial worries, a route to social success, or risk-free;
- present odds, offers and operators fairly and do not exaggerate the chance of winning;
- include responsible-gambling messaging and signposting to support alongside gambling promotion.
If you believe any advert or affiliate content on SwiftScore falls short of these standards, please tell us at support@patchpilot.co.uk so we can review it.
10. Changes to this disclosure
We may update this disclosure from time to time to reflect new advertising or affiliate partners, or changes in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
11. Related policies
This disclosure forms part of your agreement with us and should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gambling page.
