Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026. These terms govern your use of SwiftScore. We provide them for transparency, and we ask that you read them in full before using the service.

1. About us and these terms

SwiftScore ("SwiftScore", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by PatchPilot Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as "SwiftScore".

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and PatchPilot Ltd and set out the rules for using our website, applications and any associated features (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure and Responsible Gambling information, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and age restriction (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use any part of the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We may ask you to confirm your age and may refuse, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user is under 18 or has provided false information. The Service must not be used by anyone for whom gambling-adjacent content is inappropriate or restricted.

3. Account registration and security

Some features require you to create an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

We never store your full payment card details — see section 9.

4. The Service we provide

SwiftScore offers AI-generated football match predictions, statistics and related content. The Service includes:

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

5. Predictions are not advice and carry no guarantee

All predictions, projections, ratings, probabilities and statistics provided through the Service are statistical estimates produced by automated models. They are provided for information and entertainment only.

Please see our Disclaimer and Responsible Gambling pages. If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly. When the fun stops, stop.

6. Credits and collectible cards have no monetary value

This section is important — please read it carefully. Credits and collectible cards are a digital entertainment feature only. By purchasing credits or opening card packs you acknowledge and agree that:

Because credits and collectible cards have no cash value, are non-withdrawable and non-tradeable, and confer no prize of money's worth, the purchase and use of card packs is a paid digital entertainment feature and is not gambling. We do not operate, and these features are not, a lottery, prize competition or gaming activity within the meaning of UK gambling legislation.

7. Premium subscription

Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional markets, deeper analysis and an ad-free experience.

8. Credits — purchase terms

Credits are bought as one-off purchases and spent within the Service to open virtual collectible card packs. Current credit bundles are:

Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. By buying credits you agree that:

9. Payments

Payments for Premium subscriptions and credits are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and/or Stripe, Inc.), our payment processor. Stripe acts as a data processor in respect of your payment details.

How we handle the personal data involved in payments is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts.

11. Third-party links, affiliates and advertising

The Service contains links to, and advertising from, third parties — including betting operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Where you click an affiliate link and go on to use an operator, we may receive a commission or other payment. This does not affect the price you pay or the predictions we publish. Our commercial relationships are explained further in our Affiliate Disclosure.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including predictions, models, software, text, graphics, logos, the SwiftScore name and branding, collectible card designs, and the selection and arrangement of content — is owned by or licensed to PatchPilot Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You acquire no ownership rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by us or by law.

Third-party trade marks, team names and league names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, including any implied warranties as to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PatchPilot Ltd, its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect unlawful or harmful activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Any credits or collectible cards associated with your account have no monetary value and are not refundable or redeemable on termination, except where the law requires otherwise. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, our business or the law. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the Service.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
