Disclaimer
Last updated: 21 June 2026. This disclaimer is provided for transparency and forms part of our Terms of Use. Please read it in full before relying on anything you find on this site.
1. Who provides this site
This website and the SwiftScore brand are operated by PatchPilot Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number available on request ahead of launch), trading as “SwiftScore”. Our registered office is available on request ahead of launch. If you have any questions about this disclaimer, you can contact us at support@patchpilot.co.uk.
2. Information and entertainment only
Everything published on SwiftScore — including match predictions, probabilities, model ratings, confidence scores, “value” indications, accumulator suggestions, statistics, previews and written analysis — is generated by statistical and machine-learning models and is provided for information and entertainment purposes only.
These outputs are estimates. They are not facts, not certainties, and not a statement of what will happen. Football is inherently unpredictable, and no model can account for every variable that affects a result.
3. Not advice and not a tip service
Our content is not betting advice, tipping, investment advice, financial advice or any other form of professional advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as a recommendation to place a bet or stake money. A “value” indication or a high confidence score is a description of what our model calculated — it is not a tip you should rely on and not a suggestion that you will win.
You should not make any betting, financial or other decision in reliance on our content. If you choose to bet, that decision is yours alone and is made entirely at your own risk. Where you need advice, you should seek independent professional guidance suited to your circumstances.
4. No guarantees and past performance
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee — express or implied — about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any prediction, rating or statistic on this site, or about any outcome you might experience.
Any published accuracy figures, results history, return-on-investment record or profit tracking describe past performance only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of, and does not guarantee, future results. A model that performed well previously may perform poorly in future, and historical figures can be affected by sample size, variance, data quality and the period chosen.
5. Betting carries risk
Betting and gambling involve a real risk of financial loss. You can lose some or all of the money you stake, and you should never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling is strictly for those aged 18 or over.
We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or operate any form of gambling. We are not a bookmaker and we are not regulated by the Gambling Commission. Any bet you place is a contract between you and a third-party operator, governed by that operator's terms — please read them.
If gambling stops being fun
If gambling is causing you, or someone you know, harm, free and confidential help is available:
- BeGambleAware — advice and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free 24/7: begambleaware.org.
- GamCare — support, counselling and tools: gamcare.org.uk.
You can also set deposit, time and loss limits with licensed operators, or self-exclude through GAMSTOP. For more, see our responsible gambling page.
6. Games, credits and collectible cards
Our games, “credits” and virtual collectible “card packs” are a digital entertainment feature only. Credits and collectible cards have no monetary or cash value. They are non-withdrawable and non-tradeable, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between users, and confer no real-world prize of money's worth. They are not a form of gambling and are not betting. See our Terms of Use for the full rules.
7. Third-party links, affiliates and advertising
This site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links to betting operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, as well as third-party advertising. Where you click an affiliate link and go on to use that operator, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for any third-party website, operator, product, service, advertisement or offer, and the presence of a link or advert is not a recommendation. Always check the operator's own terms, odds and promotions before you act. For full details of these arrangements, see our affiliate disclosure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatchPilot Ltd, trading as SwiftScore, accepts no liability for any loss or damage — including any betting, gambling, trading or financial loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or your reliance on any prediction, rating, statistic or other content. You use the information on this site entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
10. Related policies
This disclaimer should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Responsible Gambling page.
